Can you actually buy email addresses?

Yes. Business email addresses can be researched and purchased as contact details and delivered in a company list. The claim that email addresses can only be rented confuses purchasing data with permission to send automated bulk marketing emails. These are two separate issues.

SwissB2B provides the researched email addresses as Excel and CSV files. The data forms part of your delivery. You do not receive time-limited database access and do not have to rent the addresses.

Separate legal requirements apply to sending automated marketing emails. Purchasing an address does not replace any consent that may be required.
