When the website is accessed, the hosting provider may temporarily record the IP address, date, time, requested page, browser and operating system to maintain security and technical operation.

Cookies

We store your cookie choice for six months. With your consent, we use self-hosted Umami (Swiss Portal Solutions GmbH, analytics.swissportalsolutions.ch) to measure page views and actions on the website and in the customer portal. Umami itself does not set analytics cookies. We do not send form contents, URL query parameters or full referrer URLs to Umami. With your consent, we load the Google tag for Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited). It measures visits following ad clicks and successful form submissions and uses cookies, including _gcl_*. We send a random submission ID to prevent duplicate counting. Click identifiers, page views, IP address and browser data may be sent to Google and processed in the US. We do not send form contents. Ad personalization is disabled. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

With your consent, we store a broad source category (such as Google or ChatGPT) for the current browser session. If you submit an enquiry, we save that category with the enquiry. Predefined calculator selections are recorded as analytics events; free text and contact details are not sent to Umami.

Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms against automated submissions. For this purpose, Cloudflare processes technical signals including the IP address, browser information and request origin. Turnstile does not process the content entered in forms.
