No. The public list and the SwissB2B data subscription contain only new registrations. Changes such as registered-office relocations or capital changes are not included in this feed.
Yes. The data subscription supplies the new commercial-register entries every working day in Excel and CSV. It costs from CHF 15.– per month with annual billing, or CHF 19.– per month with monthly billing.
You receive access to our customer portal and select cantons and legal forms there. You then receive one complete sample file for your selection from the previous week in Excel and CSV. Current daily deliveries, further editions, the archive and direct mail are not included in the free trial.
In the customer portal, choose daily or weekly delivery. With daily delivery, Excel and CSV are available in the customer portal every working day by 18:15 and are also delivered by e-mail. Your current selection applies to the next delivery.
You receive the company name, UID, legal form, publication date, full postal address and business purpose. We include persons named in the publication where available. Telephone number, website and e-mail are not included.
Yes. You can filter by canton and legal form in the customer portal and change the filters at any time. Changes apply from the next delivery.
Ideally, supply a formatted sample letter as DOCX or ODT, with embedded fonts where possible. For a one-off CHF 75.–, we insert the mail-merge fields and create a personalised sample letter for approval. We can technically check and produce an already fully personalised PDF series without an additional document fee. If you supply only the letter text or want SwissB2B to create the letter, the separate prices on the Direct Mail page apply.
After buying the data subscription, you receive access to the customer portal. Before dispatch, load an amount of your choice as direct-mail credit. CHF 2.25 is deducted for every basic B Mail letter actually sent. Surcharges for A Mail or additional pages are also deducted from the credit. If the credit does not cover every selected recipient, we produce and send only as many letters as the available credit covers. The remaining recipients are not included in that mailing. Any remaining credit stays available for future direct mailings.
With monthly billing, you can cancel at the end of the current month. The annual subscription runs for twelve months.
