The unit price applies to the entire order quantity. The standard execution includes one A4 page in greyscale, simplex and B Mail bulk mailing.
A good business letter makes the benefit tangible, presents a suitable offer and gives a clear reason for a conversation. Sender, logo, address, subject line, salutation and signature immediately show who is writing and what it is about.
On subsequent contact by phone, email or LinkedIn, you can refer to the delivered letter and no longer have to start from scratch.
SwissB2B researches the right recipients, writes or uses your copy, personalises every A4 letter and takes care of printing, enveloping and dispatch.
Send us your own recipient list or describe which Swiss companies you want to reach. For research, a keyword or industry and the required region are sufficient. If needed, we further narrow the selection by company size, turnover or other criteria.
You decide how personal your direct mail should be: we can address it more economically to the company address if you want to approach an organisation generally. However, we recommend personalisation. We research suitable contact persons, for example in management, HR, procurement, sales or marketing, and address the letter directly to them by name and salutation.
In practice: For a hotel in Central Switzerland, SwissB2B researched more than 1'400 companies with more than 50 employees within a 50 kilometre radius, assigned contact persons to management, HR and marketing, and handled the creation and dispatch of the direct mail campaign.

If you provide an approved template with mail-merge fields already set up, we check the recipient file, sample letter, address window, layout and fonts. We map the CSV columns to the existing fields and create the personalised print-ready PDFs. If you already provide personalised PDFs, we instead check the quantity, format and address area. Printing, folding, a suitable window envelope, postage, postal handover and a dispatch overview are also included. The initial set-up of mail-merge fields in a DOCX or ODT, company data and writing the letter appear as separate items in the calculator.

100 letters are the commercial minimum quantity for a single mailing run. The minimum quantity therefore also matches the smallest company data package. In the standard configuration, direct mail production and dispatch start at CHF 270.– for 100 letters.
The calculator takes account of quantity, number of pages, colour or greyscale, simplex or duplex, and A or B Post, and shows the price for your selection directly.
For a standard selection, you order at the displayed price. Registered Swiss companies receive an invoice with 30 days for payment. For orders from abroad or payment in advance, we send payment information separately. If the price cannot be calculated as standard, you first receive a binding quote.
Yes. For more than 10'000 letters, we assess your order individually and send you a firm price.
In the calculator, you can choose 1 to 12 A4-sized pages per recipient. For longer documents, we assess weight, production and postage individually. Flyers, brochures, separate inserts, special paper and freely selected envelopes are not included in this offer.
Simplex prints each sheet on one side only. Duplex uses both front and back. For multi-page letters, duplex can save paper and weight. The calculator accounts for the difference for your selected number of pages.
We accept an already personalised series as a continuous mail-merge PDF, individual PDFs or a ZIP file containing individual PDFs. Documents must be in A4-format. We check the document count, address area and technical suitability, then send the series to production without further document approval.
For a one-off CHF 75.–, we insert the agreed mail-merge fields in your template and create a personalised sample letter from it. After your approval, we generate the individual PDFs for all recipients. If a font we do not have changes the layout, we review the result with you using the sample letter.
You supply the complete approved copy, logo and sender details. For a one-off CHF 150.–, we create a one-page A4-sized letter template with address field, date, subject line, personal salutation and suitable page breaks. Editorial revision is not included. We quote multi-page templates individually.
A one-page business letter in German costs CHF 490.– as a one-off. This includes the copy and the complete letter template for personalisation. We quote additional pages, further languages, separate letter variants or complex design individually.
We combine the CSV or Excel recipient file with the approved DOCX or ODT template. Columns such as company, first name, last name, street, postcode, town and salutation are mapped to the configured mail-merge fields. Before creating the series, you see a fully completed sample letter. After you approve it, we create the personalised print-ready PDFs. If you already provide all personalised PDFs, we instead check the finished series.
A Mail is delivered on the next working day, including Saturdays. The less expensive B Mail bulk mailing is delivered no later than the sixth working day. The calculator shows the price difference for your selection.
We hand a finished personalised PDF series to Swiss Post on the next working day once all required materials are available. For a formatted sample letter or finished letter copy, we create the sample letter within one working day. If SwissB2B writes the letter, you receive it within two working days. After you approve the sample letter, it is posted on the next working day.
Undeliverable letters can occur despite checked addresses. We notify you of returns that reach us.
